Certified Personal Trainer
How long have you been in fitness and can you describe your journey?
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of making a living by training top athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts toward their goals. But my journey started long before that—fitness has always been a driving passion and a constant in my life. If I had to summarize it, I’d say it’s no different from anyone else’s: full of peaks and valleys, lessons learned, and an unrelenting desire to keep improving. More than anything, my journey has been about challenging myself—and helping others do the same—to become the best version of who they can be.
What made you want to get into fitness coaching?
There’s a saying: “When you love something, it doesn’t feel like work.” I credit my parents for instilling that mindset and encouraging me to never settle for something I don’t love. Coaching doesn’t feel like work to me—it’s meaningful, fulfilling, and something I’m genuinely passionate about. I love helping improve lives through fitness.
What advice would you give a new client exploring personal training?
First, I want to applaud you for taking the first step toward bettering yourself—that’s something to be proud of. My biggest advice is to be open-minded to new challenges, be prepared to really soak in the process and to stay consistent. Consistency isn’t “pass fail”, it means that even if you fall off, pick back up and start going again. Over the long term the biggest successes come from consistently.
What is a success highlight in your fitness career that you’re particularly proud of?
I could mention certifications or working with elite pro athletes, which are definitely cool experiences—but what truly means the most to me are the moments when hard working everyday people, moms, dads, professionals, or my student athlete clients tell me I’ve made a positive impact on their life. Every time I get a message or conversation like that, it reminds me why I do what I do. Those moments are the real highlights of my career thus far.
What are some things you like to do in your spare time?
I’m a people person, and I love staying active outside the gym. Whether it’s playing sports with friends, hitting the beach, spending time with family, walking my dog, or catching a ball game, I like to keep my free time filled with good energy and good company.
What are some special skill sets or things clients should know about you?
I take pride in caring deeply about my clients’ success. If you’re trusting me to guide you through your fitness journey, that’s something I take seriously. My coaching style is hands-on and detail-oriented—I love helping people understand the why behind what we do. While I have experience across all styles of training, my specialty is functional fitness with a focus on muscle gain and weight loss. You don’t have to be an elite athlete to train like one. I can’t promise you’ll hit a golf ball like Tiger Woods or serve like Serena Williams—but I can promise an incredible experience, measurable progress, and a stronger, more confident version of yourself.
