Gabrielle Gray
Certified Personal Trainer
How long have you been in fitness and can you describe your journey?
I have worked in the fitness industry over 4 years and have had the privilege of helping individuals transform their lives. Through dedication and personalized guidance, I’ve witnessed incredible physical and mental changes, making a lasting impact on the lives of those I work with.
What made you want to get into fitness coaching?
My fitness journey began through inspiration from a former boss, who introduced me to the world of health and wellness. This sparked a passion that has since shaped my career, allowing me to help others transform their lives through fitness and mobility. I love helping to play a part in changing clients’ lives for the better.
What advice would you give for a new client exploring personal training to get started in their fitness journey or to enhance their current routine?
I help new clients entering the personal training world, as well as those looking to enhance their current routines, by providing tailored workouts and expert guidance. My goal is to empower them to reach their fitness potential and achieve lasting results. 99 percent of getting great fitness results is showing up, consistently, being open minded and willing to put in the work. Great results come through little positive things you do daily over a long period of time.
What is a success highlight in your fitness career that you’re particularly proud of?
While I love training all age groups, including youth training and general age groups, the highlight of my fitness career has been working with seniors. Helping my senior citizen clients regain their independence and accomplish things they once thought impossible while rediscovering their strength and confidence has been incredibly rewarding.
What are some things you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love working out, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with my family. These activities help me stay balanced and recharged. I also am very into the science of fitness so I like to stay up on the latest trends related to fitness and different specialties.
What are some special skill sets and things that your clients should know about you?
I have specialized education in geriatrics, pregnancy, and post-op physical therapy clients, allowing me to provide tailored fitness solutions for diverse needs and help clients recover, stay active, and improve their overall health. I generally have a huge passion for helping vulnerable population clients which include seniors, children, special needs and other groups that have the same desire for fitness as everyone else but may need a little special attention to get there.
