LEVEL ONE
The Level One Corporate Fitness program is designed to establish basic fitness routines in the workplace.
FITNESS TRAINING:
A Sohofit Personal Trainer will come to your office or workspace and conduct a group fitness class in a designated open space, a company gym if it’s available or even in your parking lot. Employees are encouraged to participate, at no cost to the employee. These tend to be highly successful and most companies hold the group fitness classes at the end of the day.
Additional services can be private sessions for select groups, help creating fitness challenges in the office for weight loss and other healthy initiatives.

LEVEL TWO
The Level Two Corporate Fitness program is designed to establish both basic fitness routines in the workplace but also offer a variety of services to the staff to increase participation.
FITNESS TRAINING:
A Sohofit Personal Trainer will come to your office or workspace and conduct a group fitness class in a designated open space, a company gym if it’s available or even in your parking lot. Employees are encouraged to participate, at no cost to the employee. These tend to be highly successful
and most companies hold the group fitness classes at the end of the day.
YOGA:
A Sohofit Yoga instructor will hold a yoga session in a designated suitable space. This can be an open area within the office, designated gym space or anywhere semi private and with a soft ground space. It is most common for yoga classes to be held during the early afternoon or immediately at the
end of the day.

The Level Three Corporate Fitness program is designed to establish fitness routines in the workplace and also offer a robust variety of services to the staff to increase participation.

A Sohofit Personal Trainer will come to your office or workspace and conduct a group fitness class in a designated open space, a company gym if it’s available or even in your parking lot. Employees are encouraged to participate, at no cost to the employee. These tend to be highly successful and most companies hold the group fitness classes at the end of the day.
YOGA:
A Sohofit Yoga instructor will hold a yoga session in a designated suitable space. This can be an open area within the office, designated gym space or anywhere semi private and with a soft ground space. MASSAGE THERAPY:
A massage therapist that specializes in office massages will come to you and setup a massage chair designed specially for shorter term massages and staff can flow in and out of the area through the day and receive a massage of a dedicated time frame based on the number of staff and duration of the visit for the therapist. Visits range from two hours for smaller offices to an entire working day.

Do I need a gym to have a corporate fitness program?
No, a gym is not required. You will need a suitable open space that is free of hazards where our trainers can setup basic equipment.
Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely we are. However, we also require that companies have employees sign their own individual liability waivers to participate.
What if I want to start small with one or two classes a week?
We can customize the program any way you like.

While we have a basic cost structure this will vary by the program you chose, times of day services are provided and your work space as some spaces take more time for setup and take down of equipment and items to provide the services. A Sohofit corporate sales representative would be happy to go through all of your options with you and provide you with pricing.
